- Dental X-rays and intraoral photographs taken during the appointments are yours to keep. You may request for a digital copy after the appointment
Tooth-by-tooth examination
- Conduct thorough tooth-by-tooth examination
- Record findings with high definition intraoral camera by taking photographs of individual tooth and tooth surfaces so that we do not miss any potential issues (eg. early decay, crack tooth, teeth wear)
- Dental microscope allows our doctors to see details beyond their naked eyes
- X-ray will be taken if necessary to detect problems and see details underneath the existing fillings, beneath the gums and inside the jaw bone (eg. unerupted wisdom teeth, buried tooth, cysts)
- Digital scan of your upper and lower jaw for dental analysis and record findings
Safety
- Digital X-ray with extremely low radiation compared to tradition X-ray film
- Rubber Dam to protect you from ingestion of debris and ensure no contamination of tooth from blood and saliva during the treatment
- New and Personalized Endodontic Instruments (for root canal treatments) to eliminate the chance of cross-infection
- Equipment and instruments are sterilized in the autoclave at high temperature of 121 degrees Celsius and under high pressure
- Individual sterilized pouching for instruments to maintain a high level of infection control
Comfort
- Numbing gel is applied before administering local anesthesia
- Anesthesia cartridges are warmed up to 42 degrees Celsius to reduce the discomfort of the injection
- Warm water for rinsing during treatment to reduce tooth sensitivity
- Sedation option is available for complex cases or nervous patients
- A companion is welcome to accompany you during treatments
- A private room is reserved for rest in between long treatments, recovery after (sedation) procedures and privacy for families with nursing babies
- Wide range of snacks and refreshments with artisan coffee and renowned tea selection for our patients
